Paul Brown Motors Group of Dealerships is hiring a Sales Manager.Pay Based on your Performance and Ability to: Create Urgency, Great Customer Service, Grow and build your team.
Earnings Range $9,000 - $13,000 Per Month.Join our fast paced, customer focused and team atmosphere. Lead, Teach, and motivate the sales team to help our customers driving situation. Deal with integrity here at Paul Brown's. We put our best pricing on our inventory upfront, market price, so we know you are truly helping our customers. No negotiating and no more spending hours to sell a car. We have a cutting edge process to help our customers.Responsibilities:
  • Motivate– Plan, project, and strategize team goals and assist in hitting goals. Evaluate informational reports to identify new clients, grow future sales, and understand the profits and objectives. Capture the needs of the customer and team members to qualify sales leads and efforts.
  • Lead and Coach – Recruit, hire, and educate the sales department on an ongoing basis. Establish sales goal while evaluating and assisting on performance. Work with senior leadership to evaluate strategies of the department and future sales goals.
  • Improve our customers driving situation: – Work with the sales team to evaluate new goals and assist with identifying solutions that will meet their need(s). Handle any opportunities from the customer, employee and any thing else that may affect the sales operations.
Requirements:
  • Prove to be a leader and a coach.
  • Understand the importance of team growth.
  • Able to make business decisions.
  • Have an understanding on EQ and the importance it plays in building a team and customer base.
  • Track Record of Customer service excellence.
  • Eg Factory Surveys and Social media ratings and reviews.
  • Three years of direct sales experience required.
  • Two year minimum management experience, with a proven track record.
  • Technical understanding of the CRM system(s).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
