- Developing test plans:
- Coordinating with Design, Test, Application and Quality engineering to create and maintain high volume production test plans which are utilized to guarantee product data sheet compliance and manufacturing defect detection/screening
- Maximizing product test yield:
- Employing appropriate Statistical Process Control principles to monitor and control process variability
- Compiling and analyzing test data using common statistical techniques (Time-Series Analysis, Capability Analysis, Anova, Multivariate, etc.)
- Leading and participating in issue resolution projects:
- Engaging in group problem-solving and process improvement projects utilizing lean methodologies
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Analog/Digital/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
- Knowledge scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or JSL
- Preferred software experience: ADS, Candence, Spotfire, and JMP preferred
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
