The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Operations / Finance Lead to oversee our program's financial operations and drive business performance. The lead will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as optimizing operational processes to support the company's growth objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business and program goalsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesOversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statementsAnalyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to leadershipOptimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business operationsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal controlsLead and mentor the finance and operations teamCollaborate with other departments to drive strategic initiativesDevelop and manage financial contract deliverablesReport to the Program Manager any issues, insights and recommendations to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) teamQualifications:Required:University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience7+ years of related work experienceTS/SCI with Poly requiredStrong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business operationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial modeling and data analysisExperience with financial systems and financial softwareStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesired:CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certificationsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
