What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine and non-routine environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, utilities, and equipment surfaces (air, water, surfaces) to ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards.
  • Collect, incubate, and analyze microbiological samples using aseptic techniques and industry-standard methods.
  • Identify and report microbial trends, contributing to proactive contamination control strategies.
  • Support investigations related to environmental excursions, deviations, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sampling activities and test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all equipment used for monitoring is calibrated, maintained, and functioning properly.
  • Assist in the development and revision of SOPs and monitoring protocols.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related life science field.
  • Experience in environmental monitoring, cleanroom operations, or microbiological testing (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques, GMP regulations, and contamination control principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
