- Deliver services and solutions for clients using the suite of Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
- Consult and create:
- Canvas and Model driven Power Apps
- Automate business functions with Power Automate
- Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouses, Dataflows, Pipelines, and DirectLake integrations
- End-to-end analytics solutions, integrating Power BI with Azure Synapse, Dataverse, OneLake, and other Microsoft services
- Scalable Power BI solutions including data modeling, DAX measures, dashboards, and reports
- Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on Power BI and Fabric best practices.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand the client's pain points and adapt as challenges arise.
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
- Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
- Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.
- Bachelor's degree in business systems or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Power Platform.
- Experience in Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including working with Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks, and DirectLake mode.
- Experience integrating Power BI with Microsoft Azure services such as Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI including DAX, Power Query (M), and enterprise-level data modeling.
- DevOps and CI-CD Pipeline with Power Platform Build tools and Power Platform CLI.
- Experience and knowledge of working with Power Apps Component framework.
- Solid understanding of Relational Database concepts.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
