- Define and execute a multi-year ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals, including legacy ERP system modernization, operational efficiency, platform resilience, and user experience.
- Ensure ERP capabilities support both enterprise and functional needs, maintaining balance between standardization and flexibility.
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Ariba) for core HR, Finance, and Procurement business functions.
- Oversee large-scale ERP programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality expectations (e.g. ERP Data Hub).
- Establish a high-performing, product-centric ERP operating model that supports agile delivery, innovation, and user-focused solutions.
- Lead and manage a senior executive steering committee, ensuring alignment between ERP investments and business value realization.
- Foster trusted relationships with senior business leaders to align priorities and ensure successful adoption.
- Create and maintain governance structures that promote accountability, transparency, and change management.
- Build, inspire, and retain a high-caliber ERP team, including Chief product owners, Chief Architect, and technical delivery managers.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
- Support the development of ERP capabilities within the FR through knowledge sharing and collaboration frameworks.
- Ensure ERP operations comply with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including contract management, performance oversight, and value assurance.
- Ability to craft an ERP vision that aligns technology with complex business goals across a federated environment.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and how ERP platforms enable business transformation.
- Exceptional ability to influence, advise, and collaborate with C-suite and senior leaders.
- Skilled in distilling complex concepts into actionable business insights for executive audiences.
- Deep experience with modern ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) across HR, Finance, and Procurement domains.
- Expertise in transforming legacy systems and processes into integrated, future-ready platforms.
- Experience working within or leading National functions in federated or matrixed organizations with diverse needs and priorities.
- Ability to design shared services or hybrid models that balance standardization with local autonomy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizational change initiatives, particularly involving process reengineering and technology modernization.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and best practices.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations or transformations, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
- Focus on metrics-driven performance, value delivery, and user satisfaction.

- Direct the oversight of Workday and Ariba technology platforms and the 20+ ERP ‘ecosystem’ of capabilities and operations (as part of the ERP), including process configuration, tenant management, release planning, information security, ERP-wide Architecture and technical support. Develop and maintain a business continuity & resilience plan with Federal Reserve and external technology providers and drive the execution of such plan if required.
- Partner with finance, human resources, and procurement technology support areas and business leaders to align ERP technology solutions with business area strategies through a collaboratively developed roadmap focused on delivering increased business value with continual product releases.
- Develop and manage the integrated product roadmap and adoption of new or evolving capabilities aligned with business strategies and needs.
- Manage the process to prioritize and deliver competing demand priorities for the platform based on resource availability, business needs and dependencies.
- Oversee vendor management of critically important vendors to build strategic partnerships, coordinate issue resolution and effectively manage supplier risks.
- Accelerate change adoption through communication, training and change management activities across the human resources, finance, and procurement disciplines.
- Drive performance and accountability of Support Office within the established service level agreements, focused on business outcomes, as well as customer satisfaction feedback.
- Partner with appropriate business governance groups to enhance the ERP business capability and integration strategy within guiding principles and in alignment with enterprise IT strategy, architecture and principles.
- Prepare and manage to budgets set for the ERP on an annual basis.
- Build a culture of Operational excellence across the ERP teams to include operating model, metrics, risk management, agile product delivery, communication, culture, and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems, etc.) strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in ERP or enterprise systems roles.
- Experience leading national or enterprise-level technology and operations functions within large, federated organizations.
- ERP certifications or formal training in systems like Workday, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

- The hiring range of this Senior Vice President role is $276,000 to $345,000.
- Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
