Job Description:
  • As part of TSG, our Production Services team is dedicated to ensuring that our technology environments are best in class.
  • Our Production Services team runs the systems that keep client running. Their mission is to deliver a full IT service management lifecycle across all run-the-bank applications and infrastructure support with the purpose of providing a controlled, secure, and predictable production environment.
  • As a QA Analyst, you will analyze the development and execution of repeatable test procedures to validate the quality of ServiceNow applications developed in an Agile environment.
  • This role works closely with developers to ensure quality is built into solutions and contribute to the final decision on whether a software release is ready to deploy to production.
  • The QA analyzes and creates test documents, including test plans, use cases, release plans, and defect log reports.
  • This role also conducts functional and regression testing using automation to support user acceptance testing, including documenting all reported issues found during the testing life cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
  • 3-5 Years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications as well as ServiceNow QA experience
  • Knowledge of software testing tools (both manual and automated) and processes, including developing repeatable test procedures, executing tests, recording results, and working with software engineers to identify and resolve defects
  • 3+ years of implementing ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience and setting up test scripts with ServiceNow
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing
  • Ability to work as a technical professional on an Agile development team to deliver high-quality working software on a timely basis
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • Strong communication skills (Ability to communicate technical information in business terms)
  • Ability to work independently & multi-task
  • Experience with other test automation tools (i.e. Selenium, LoadRunner, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • 3-5 years of QA experience including ServiceNow testing experience
  • 5+ years of automation experience including ATF and Selenium
  • Strong time management skills - ability to work independently & multi-task
  • BA or BS degree
Additional:
  • Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in either Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburg, PA
  • Rate Range: $40-45/hr. W2 (based on experience)
