Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain accurate client and caregiver records in accordance with company standardsAssist with scheduling caregivers and filling open shifts in a timely and efficient mannerCommunicate promptly with caregivers and clients regarding schedules, changes, or concernsSupport HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and background checksMaintain office inventory and coordinate with vendors when neededProvide support for billing, payroll preparation, and timesheet collectionCollaborate with supervisors and case managers to ensure clients receive appropriate carePerform general administrative tasks and special projects as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)2+ years of office or administrative experience (experience in home care or healthcare preferred)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailCompassionate and professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitudeWork Environment:Office-based with frequent interaction via phone, email, and in personMay require occasional after-hours availability for urgent scheduling needs * Purpose-driven role supporting both client well-being and caregiver success
  • Monday-Friday Work hours from 8:30-5:00
