Short Description:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Warehouse Associate for a long-term opportunity in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This role is ideal for a reliable, motivated individual with a strong work history who can handle multiple warehouse functions, from picking and packing to quality control and forklift operation. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping, quality control, assembly)
- Tow motor/forklift experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners and counting scales
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (bending, twisting, kneeling as needed)
- Steel-toed boots required; jeans/work pants and t-shirt acceptable attire
- Reliable transportation (Bus #33 accessible with a short walk)
- Strong job history with long-term employment retention preferred
- Must be willing to comply with a national background check
