Our client is looking to hire a Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors, and expanding our market presence. You’ll work closely with both the marketing team to ensure cohesive outreach strategies and the BIM operations team to align client needs with our service offerings. This role will require a balance of proactive sales efforts, strategic business development, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure that the company continues to deliver impactful solutions to the market.Required:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in BIM services, construction technology, or the AEC sector.
  • Familiarity with BIM technology and its applications in design and construction (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to or working with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors.
  • Experience with CRM software and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bonus: Experience with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, or field coordination tools.
  • Bonus: Background as a PM, estimator, coordinator, engineer, or similar who’s pivoting into sales.
