
Remote Sales Representative

- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in BIM services, construction technology, or the AEC sector.
- Familiarity with BIM technology and its applications in design and construction (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to or working with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors.
- Experience with CRM software and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bonus: Experience with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, or field coordination tools.
- Bonus: Background as a PM, estimator, coordinator, engineer, or similar whos pivoting into sales.
- Driven and self-motivated: Youre proactive, go after opportunities, and keep your momentum strong.
- Flexible: Youre comfortable adjusting to changing sales needs in a small business environment.
- Strong communicator: You can explain complex ideas in a clear, simple wayespecially to people in the field.

- Industry-savvy: Youve worked in or sold to the AEC industryMEP subs, GCs, ConTech, prefab, etc.
