Masonry EstimatorWe are looking for an experienced Masonry Estimator with 5+ years of experience in estimating masonry work on large commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing accurate cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and working closely with project managers and teams to ensure the successful delivery of masonry components on large-scale commercial construction projects. Proficiency with Tradesman's Software is a must for this position.What you'll do:
  • Create accurate cost estimates for large masonry jobs
  • Develop bid proposals and support contract reviews
  • Work closely with PMs, architects, and contractors
  • Analyze costs and look for savings without cutting quality
  • Do material takeoffs and quantity estimates
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Use Tradesman’s Software to track costs and progress
  • Help monitor budgets and support clients with estimates
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years of estimating masonry on big commercial projects
  • Hands-on with Tradesman’s Software (preferred)
  • Great at takeoffs, bids, and cost analysis
  • Solid knowledge of masonry materials and methods
  • Can read blueprints and specs
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Great with deadlines and accuracy
  • Familiar with commercial project workflows
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required
