Description: LOCUM- OBGYN *UPDATE: 8.26 we will look at providers who are willing to obtain an OR license or are in process of getting a license. Our preference is that provider's have an ACTIVE OR LICENSE. Able to guarantee shifts on a monthly basis if candidate is interested. Bids require the following for submission: * Rates: ALL to be filled out; Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back. * CV uploaded to bid * Other details reflect: How many shifts the provider is available per month? (15-17 per month preferred) We are looking for 2 additional locums providers who can cover around 15-17 shifts per month between all and any current locums (7am-7am, will be all 24hr call shifts). No clinic work. They will start as soon as credentialed which will take 60-90 days. Please review the attached Practice Description. Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days. Other Details: There will be 2nd backup call coverage available incase there is a complicated case (ex GYN surgery). Anesthesia is available 24 hours, not in house. GYN Oncology who is in town 2 weeks a month and is also available for consults. Urology GYN 24/7 availability. Pediatric coverage 24/7. If we find a provider that can cover consistently every month, Providence does own apartments that may be able to be utilized instead of hotels. No VBACs
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
