- Contract Duration: 8-week contract
- Shifts: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days (7:00am 7:30pm)
- Weekly Hours: 36
- On Call: 2 shifts per six-week schedule; occasional weekend shifts
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Hourly Pay Rate: $97.65/hour
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360
- Active New Jersey RN license (required for Camden nursing jobs)
- Minimum 4 years of Level 1 trauma operating room experience
- Scrub and circulate experience in the OR
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS and NIHSS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated with 1 booster)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring
- Excellent organizational skills for clinical coordination
- Flexibility to meet department scheduling needs (no consecutive days/weeks of requested time off)
- Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in a Level 1 trauma operating room
- Scrub and circulate for diverse surgical procedures
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and clinical quality standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a busy OR department
