  • Partner with technology leaders at Solarwinds and across our vendor landscape to define and drive a cohesive strategy at the convergence of our applications needed to drive the customer/partner, and employee experience.
  • Work with our Data teams to evaluate and connect data, enabling highly personalized and performant agentic experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and standardize scalable, secure, and extensible architectural patterns and services.
  • Lead cross-cloud architectural efforts to ensure consistency, interoperability, usability, and performance across platforms and systems.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior engineering, GTM teams, and product leadership, actively shaping long-term architectural roadmaps.
  • Mentor, support, and partner with architects and engineers across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and alignment.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered solutions and tools to advance architectural design and inform strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with deep expertise in distributed systems, infrastructure, and data platforms.
  • At least 10 years of experience in platform and data architecture, including 3+ years in a similar senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and environments (public and private) with a strong ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges.
  • Proven ability to architect and scale cloud-native systems that enable intelligent automation and AI-driven real-time personalization.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Agentic AI, and Salesforce Einstein (as core requirements)
  • Impartner, Gainsight, NetSuite (as nice-to-have skills)
