- Engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and policies.
- Discover new sales opportunities through diligent follow-up on inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct detailed client interviews to understand their financial goals and insurance needs
- Prepare for prospect calls by researching individual/company background and other relevant lead information
- Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and updates
- Generate leads via various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Proven experience as licensed insurance agent or in a top-producing sales role.
- Knowledge of various insurance plans (automotive, health, life, property, etc.)
- Strong networking skills and the ability to source leads.
- Ability to uncover and understand an individuals needs through consultative discovery
- Capable of presenting applicable products that your clients unique circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own client base
- Must have or be ready to obtain your Life and Health Insurance (we can help you get licensed in under 3 weeks)
