- Prepare your station with all necessary items/tools according to designated assigned station.
- Prepare, cook, and plate all items on designated station according to Chef standards.
- Ensure quality of all products with guidance from Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and great communication skills
- Must work well with others.
- Work quickly, safely and accurately under pressure during shifts as well as multitasking.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
