As a Senior Implementation Analyst in Quality Assurance, you will serve as an experienced Quality Assurance personnel for our Omni product suite in the Professional Services group. You'll support our project team and will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for new releases as well as providing support for existing releases. This subject matter expert will ensure output produced is a high quality technical deliverable and will also create supporting artifacts.What you will be doing:
- Test and maintain complex programs to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
- Work with Business Analyst to understand business problems, review and analyze system specifications
- Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps
- Execute test cases, and review and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Training customers on new systems and procedures.
- Validating inputs and outputs
- Prior experience with Omni Product suite
- Quality assurance experience required to support Omni Implementation projects
- Automation test tool experience or ability to create automated test scripts
- Ability to define test strategy in consultation with stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain test data, tools, and scripts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience, including macros
- Jira and/or Rally experience
