- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for big-box retail, automotive, and grocery store builds.
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel effectively
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet deadlines
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Interpret and ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and prepare progress reports
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track
- Oversee material deliveries and manage inventory on-site
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with a General Contractor
- National travel opportunities available
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Experience with both ground-up construction and interior build-outs for big-box retail, automotive facilities, and grocery stores
- Strong proficiency with construction software and technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Effective time management to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high standards
- Experience leading and managing teams is a plus
- Up-to-date knowledge of the construction market and the latest industry technologies
