We're seeking a highly organised, skilled Superintendent to join our growing team. You'll oversee daily operations and ensure construction projects - such as big-box retail, automotive, and grocery stores - are completed on time, within budget, and to top quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project delivery.

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for big-box retail, automotive, and grocery store builds.
Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel effectively
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet deadlines
Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Interpret and ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Conduct site meetings, inspections, and prepare progress reports
Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track

Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards

Minimum 4 years of experience working with a General Contractor
National travel opportunities available
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
Experience with both ground-up construction and interior build-outs for big-box retail, automotive facilities, and grocery stores
Strong proficiency with construction software and technology is an advantage
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Effective time management to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high standards
Experience leading and managing teams is a plus
Up-to-date knowledge of the construction market and the latest industry technologies
