- Work cross-functionally with the Events, Executive, and Communications teams to coordinate executive-level committee meetings.
- Respond to general membership requests and update data for association and chamber membership in Salesforce.
- Work with the senior director of the division to coordinate logistics for Federation programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for C100 and CCC100 activities.
- Create, edit, and manage the registration process and on-site collateral for events.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming member requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Update and maintain event and division websites.
- Partner with the manager of Federation Development on membership activities.
- Plan and provide on-site support for Federation programs, as needed.
- Help plan and implement special projects and events, as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of related work experience, preferably with Salesforce or a similar database, event planning, or membership services.
- Knowledge of website design and event management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and problem solving.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple ongoing projects.
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
