- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing Supply Chain systems.
- 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
- Certification in APICS, CSCP, or CPIM.
- 8 years of experience in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems deployment (SAP, etc.).
- Experience with designing and implementing supply chain systems (e.g., order management, order promising, fulfillment, logistics or transportation management, etc.).
- Understanding of master data management and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape.
- Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
- Work with stakeholders and users to gain insights into business problems, processes, and applications to provide sustainable solutions with strategic impact through building business applications, delivering systems enhancements, and designing solutions to automate and scale business operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, build, deploy, and support various solutions to systems, software products, and internal transformative programs and processes.
- Drive improvement to the discipline of business analysis and team execution across project work and ongoing support responsibilities.
