Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (VWTS) is making big moves in 2024 and we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Global Mobility Analyst to join our team! This role will help oversee the administration of our immigration and relocation initiatives across the business and support the Global Benefits Leader in implementing the global mobility design.   • Initiate immigration and relocation cases with appropriate vendors and manage those cases throughout their lifecycle including; completing any required forms or attestations, providing updates to impacted business leaders and employees, and reviewing exception requests.
  • Collaborate with immigration law firms and other vendors to help facilitate visas for the global organization. Ensure all documents are compliant and timely while ensuring that internal record keeping is up to date.
  • Find opportunities to streamline the relocation and immigration process to reduce or mitigate costs without impacting the quality level of service.
  • Develop and present education and communication materials associated with the immigration, relocation, and tax elements of global mobility to help drive awareness and consistent execution across the business.
  • Facilitate annual global mobility processes including annual tax assistance and US H-1B Cap Season.
  • Meet regularly with global mobility vendors working through any process barriers, collecting feedback on employee experience, and implementing process improvements.
  • In collaboration with Global Benefits Leader develop, review, and update global mobility policies and processes to ensure compliance with all available guidelines.
  • Manage mobility/relocation-related invoices for vendors.
  • Respond to routine data queries, as well as build reports and dashboards for management.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Core Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in a related HR field
  • 4+ years of directly related experience coordinating, overseeing, and administering global mobility and relocation programs and projects
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple projects, initiatives, and deadlines.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability.
  • Solid PowerPoint skills, Excel skills, experience creating Pivot tables, and utilizing the V lookup feature.
Preferred:
  • Basic knowledge of US & Canadian immigration.
  • Experience using Google Workspace.
