In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that the basic and educational needs of our little learners are met in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. As a Two's Teacher, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development while encouraging self-expression and independence. You'll also work closely with staff and parents, fostering strong communication and partnerships to support each child's growth.To thrive in this position, you should be creative, energetic, and patient, with a passion for early childhood education. The best candidates will understand the unique needs of two and three year olds and be able to create a structured yet flexible learning experience that promotes exploration, confidence, and positive interactions. This position is Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours per week.What You'll Be Doing:As a potty training Teacher, your day will be filled with learning, laughter, hands-on activities and lots of potty training! You'll create and implement engaging lesson plans that support social, emotional, and cognitive development while reinforcing positive behaviors and self-expression. You'll help build secure relationships with each child, guiding them through their learning experiences while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment. Open communication with parents is key, and you'll provide daily updates through ProCare, as well as be available for any necessary discussions throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include attending staff and parent meetings, adapting lesson plans to suit individual needs, assisting with potty training and diapering, and maintaining a positive and welcoming classroom atmosphere.What We're Looking For:We're searching for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about teaching young children. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as building relationships with families is a crucial part of the role. A high school diploma is preferred, and while a CDA (Child Development Associate) is recommended, it's not mandatory.
