We are seeking a driven, professional Receptionist to join our team in a Legal Office Environment. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, this position requires a consistent demonstration of kindness, respect, and professionalism.   • Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and check in all guests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image (exceptional interpersonal and phone skills are a must)
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively while taking direction from attorneys and other staff
  • Provide administrative support, as needed (accounting department)
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and available for use when reservations are made
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be prompt, responsible, reliable, and maintain confidentiality
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Understanding of the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Understanding of Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and quality conscious.
  • Availability to work additional hours.
  • Knowledge of reprographics, binding and finishing equipment, mail services and workflow processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
