  • Lead and develop a multi-layered hotel operations team, including front desk, housekeeping, amenities, and front-line team members, while fostering a positive image through community outreach and corporate responsibility
  • Align hotel goals with casino business objectives and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences that meet Forbes Travel Guide and AAA 4 Diamond standards
  • Oversee compliance with health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and hospitality regulations, including gaming and alcohol laws
  • Manage departmental budgets and financial performance, optimizing profitability through strategic pricing, promotional planning, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage guest feedback, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to enhance offerings, resolve high-profile guest issues, and maintain strong relationships with repeat VIP players
More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience with success in managing properties with 150+ rooms, preferably in gaming or resort environments
  • Proven track record in Forbes Travel Guide, AAA Diamond, or equivalent luxury rating systems
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue optimization, cost control, budget development, labor optimization, and P&L management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License and be at least 21 years of age
  • Extensive experience in luxury hospitality operations, guest relations, and service delivery with a deep understanding and passion for luxury hospitality trends, competitive landscape, guest expectations, innovation, and elevating team culture
  • Advanced experience with hotel management systems, property management, and guest service platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
