- Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents related to real estate investments.
- JD from a top-tier law school.
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong focus on sophisticated transactions.
- Solid experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures.
- Knowledge of a wide range of asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality projects.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $390,000 - $435,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
