Recognizes the signs and symptoms of stroke and calling a stroke alert overhead. Verbalizes stroke alert process. Works with the stroke patient and family for discharge planning and treatment based on needs, condition and prognosis of patient.   • Reports to the Director of Case Management.
  • Must be a Florida RN.
  • 2-4 years recent acute care experience required.
  • Experience in utilization chart review and discharge planning.
  • Managed care experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of InterQual Criteria.
  • Strong clinical background needed with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
