Granite Recovery Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialists (RSS) to provide hands-on, non-clinical support to our clients throughout their recovery journey.Position OverviewAs a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and supervision of our clients. You’ll offer support, encouragement, and accountability rooted in the 12-Step recovery model, helping clients build life skills, navigate challenges, and stay on the path to lasting sobriety.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 24-hour direct supervision and enforce program policies and proceduresSupport clients through daily challenges using 12-Step principles in real-life applicationsMonitor and document medication administration and client behaviorAssist with client admissions and discharges, including searches and paperworkTransport clients to 12-Step meetings, medical appointments, and the gymAttend and take notes during clinical groups when necessaryServe as a liaison between clients and cliniciansIdentify and redirect behavior that may impede recoveryDemonstrate and promote the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values✅ QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving record (NH required)Ability to pass background check and drug screenExperience in a substance abuse setting preferredUnderstanding of the 12-Step recovery process a plusStrong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency and documentation abilitiesAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and complete daily task listsOrganized, dependable, and team-orientedWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Generous paid time offProfessional growth and development opportunitiesA rewarding and impactful role in a mission-driven organizationWhy Join Granite Recovery Center?At Granite Recovery Center, we are more than just a treatment facility—we are a community of support, built by people in recovery, for people in recovery.
