DescriptionThe Treasury Management Svcs. Specialist 2 handles many different requests such payment center, manual wires, and Check Positive Pay. They provide excellent customer service while supporting Treasury Management products.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform Quality Check process on completed workAssist in the training of new colleagues on any/all functions special projects as assignedPerform all department functions consistently meeting or exceeding established level of service and department standards for individual productivity and accuracyAssist in daily workflow coordinationParticipate in system upgrades and testingFollows effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled.Keeps abreast of risk related changes that may impact work functions and processes.Leadership skills, proven ability to support and encourage team members through work distribution and direction.Ability to recognize and quickly fill production gaps as needed with minimal supervision including leadership and delegation practices.Handles escalated customer issues, or further escalates customer issues as appropriate.Exchanges information and resolves issues by researching solutions and identifying the best solution, where multiple non standard solutions are available.May be asked to provide input to setting team goals with management input and concurrence.Contributes to Special Projects Creates and maintains documentation when necessary.Performs other duties as assigned.The hours for this role are 9am-6pmBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent3 or more years in Banking Operations and/or Treasury Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Treasury Manager ExperienceExperience working in a high-risk area with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risk.Experience with high performance culture is a plus.Ensure efficient and timely deliverables; adapt quickly to an intense and changing environment.Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.Demonstrated ability to learn multiple processes quickly.Experience servicing customers via telephone, a plus.Ability to perform accurate work under pressure is critical.Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven, high monetary risk environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) NoWorkplace Type: OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
