In this role you will get to develop and implement Defensive Cyber Operations tools, systems, and capabilities supporting United States Space Force.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Participating in SAFe® Agile Mission Deployment teams deploying Defensive Cyber Operations systems and networks, in a SAFe® construct
  • Manages and monitors installed hardware and software systems
  • Assists with network tap design and system survey to ensure data is properly sampled and transported
  • Evaluates existing systems and assists with technical refreshes
  • Lead and/or assist with hardware installation and software deployment at mission system sites
  • Strong ability to produce and maintain varied technical documentation
  • 100% onsite is required in Colorado Springs, CO
What Required Skills You'll Bring:Senior
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Masters degree highly preferrable) in Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant Engineering field from an accredited university with 10 years of experience
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist-Security (JNCIS-Sec), Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate (JNCDA) or equivalent

  • Ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance
  • Familiarity with the following capabilities:
  • Manticore out-of-band defensive cyber for “Identify and Detect” capabilities
  • Kraken in-band defensive cyber for “Protect/Respond” capabilities
  • Experience in a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning multiple data centers with high-availability requirements
SME
  • 15 years SME experience in the field of Systems Engineering
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist-Security (JNCIS-Sec), Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate (JNCDA) or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance
  • SME Experience with out-of-band and in-band defensive cyber systems for “Identify/Detect”, and “Protect/respond capabilities
  • Experience in a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning multiple data centers with high-availability requirements
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Top Secret OR interim/active Secret with ability to get Top Secret
  • Knowledge of SAFe® Agile best practices.
  • Familiarity with Defensive Cyber Operations Concepts
