Shift: Monday FridayJob SummarySeeking a Business Analyst II (MOCI Process Specialist) to evaluate, define, and implement process improvement initiatives, manage UAT, and support data needs across multiple teams. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document AS-IS/TO-BE business processes and propose improvements.
- Lead cross-product UAT testing, manage test data, and create automated test scenarios.
- Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support project planning, approvals, and execution of initiatives impacting multiple units.
- Assist with audit reporting, system security, and UX mock-ups.
- Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and maintain communication with leadership.
- Provide training on new functionality and tools.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with diverse business users.
- 1+ year experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, DataBricks, or similar tools.
- Strong project management experience in smaller-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible to work global schedules and travel (up to 10%).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in MOCI and MOCI integrations.
- Experience with multicultural teams and Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
