- Inspire team members to provide exceptional service while achieving community sales and occupancy goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies aligned with regional marketing and business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships within the local community to drive new business and resident referrals.
- Maintain awareness of competitor pricing and offerings to optimize revenue and market position.
- Hold Sales Team Members accountable for key metrics, including quality calls, scheduled tours, and move-ins.
- Conduct daily standup meetings to review sales activity, occupancy, and “at risk” residents.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective residents and referral sources.
- Engage with residents and families to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and promote retention.
- Lead resident engagement initiatives and ensure the community exceeds survey benchmarks.
- Monitor resident referrals and proactively address occupancy risks.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and quality care standards.
- Oversee administrative and care documentation.
- Promote excellence in resident care, wellness programs, and the SHINE program.
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, monitor P&L, and manage expenses in line with financial goals.
- Maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Oversee department heads and team members, providing coaching on operational excellence and sales performance.
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-focused service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Hospitality, or Health-related field ideal.
- Minimum of three years managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing budgets, operations, and team performance.
- Administrator license/certification may be required per state.
- Willingness to travel or spend extended periods at assigned communities.
