Acts as the lead resource for families, visitors, and staff, independently. Is the go-to employee in providing valet services at valet station..KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Able to fulfill all key responsibilities of a Valet Attendant.
  • Leads employee for ramp management at valet station (traffic flow, cleanliness, staffing).
  • Reports shift activity for valet station (volume, attendance tracking, excessive wait times, operational controls, supply inventory, accidents).
  • Leads employees for monitoring service delivery at valet station (uniform integrity, opening doors, using names, providing directions).
  • Assists with training staff new to the valet station.
