- Provide all primary care services including acute visits, surgical clearances, and care for new patients.
- Conduct physicals, annual wellness visits, and minor in-office procedures such as ear flushes and wart removal.
- Manage a full range of health issues, offering both preventative care and treatment for existing health issues.
- Ensure high-quality patient care, maintaining thorough documentation using the Medent EMR system.
- Must be board certified in Family Practice.
- Required to have an active New York medical license and must be enrolled in Medicaid NY.
- Ideal candidates will have proficiency in using Medent EMR.
