Advises supervisor of apparent illegal/dishonest acts and attempts to detain suspect(s) until appropriate law enforcement arrives. Prepares reports. May assist in conducting loss prevention, OSHA, and environmental compliance inspections and completions of reports. Provides assistance in customer and associate injury accident investigations, report preparation, and corrective action. May train associates in anti-robbery, hazmat, and bomb threat procedures. May be required to manage or assist in managing the Exchange information and personnel security program. Performs other duties as assigned.
