We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations
  • Operate cash registers and process various types of transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular counts
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions to effectively answer customer questions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Handle customer concerns and returns professionally and efficiently
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts by remaining vigilant and following company security procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of cash register and POS systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Adaptability to changing retail environments and customer needs
  • Goal-oriented approach to meeting sales targets and performance objectives
