Design, Development and maintenance of CyberArk solutions to manage and secure privileged access across enterprise systems.
Work closely with IT, security, and Application and Platform teams to automate PAM processes, build custom plugins, and ensure compliance with internal and external security policies.Required Skills5 + years of experience working with CyberArk PAS suite (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM).Experience developing and deploying custom CyberArk plugins (CPM/PSM).Familiarity with REST APIs and web service integration.Good understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, RADIUS).Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.Knowledge of IAM, PAM, and information security best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITILGood understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITILExperience implementing REST API integration with third party toolsAbility to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizationsFamiliarity with ServiceNow Performance AnalyticsExperience with backend SQL Server development is preferredStrong problem-solving skills, communication and collaborationRoles & Responsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) components including CPM, PSM, Vault, AIM etc.Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems (e.g., AD, LDAP, ServiceNow, SIEM, cloud platforms).Automate onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged accounts using CyberArk APIs and scripts.Conduct PAM assessments, generate compliance reports, and assist with audits.Collaborate with internal teams to support secure access practices and incident response efforts.ABOUT Ztek:Website:Ztek Consulting Inc is a minority- and woman-owned business enterprise that leverages a unique blend of human talent, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence to provide customized talent management solutions for clients.
