- Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the service line strategy, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and implements quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and promoting patient safety. Ensures compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
- Plans and monitors day-to-day staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. A master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) strongly preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in oncology or ambulatory care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead system-level collaboration and implement evidence-based clinical practices.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to align clinical managers and frontline teams with service line strategies
- Skilled in fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in monitoring quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive process and quality improvements
- Knowledge of staffing models, competency frameworks and regulatory compliance in oncology care.
- Financial acumen to maintain fiscally responsible services will supporting growth and innovation.
