- Coordinate the needed supplies for appropriate installation
- Negotiate with the material suppliers to receive optimal pricing
- Coordinate with Field Leads to get proper equipment (boom lift, scissor lift, scaffolding, ladders, gradalls, etc.) to the job sites.
- Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all phases.
- Prepare project-specific schedules to ensure the completion of work in a timely manner.
- Meet project deadlines and attend required meetings.
- Pre-construction meeting with Foreman/superintendent of TriCore Panels to go over the scope of work and materials(shop drawings review, how to install waterproofing, panel systems, fastener spacing, tools to use, etc.)
- Assist Project Team in obtaining documents and preparing Close-Out binders for the projects.
- Assist Project Team in tracking Subcontractor / Vendor invoicing.
- Assist in rolling out new processes and procedures for Operations
- Assist with general office administrative practices to keep work flowing and provide employees with the tools and training they need to be successful
- Coordination with Field Leads for project administration related tasks
- Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the Manager (budget, safety & quality control)
- Maintaining tool logs and rentals and ensuring that tools are returned.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager or Superintendent of TriCore Panels to provide all the safety needs.
- Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs through Procore.
- Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on-site (punch lists, GC required paperwork, T&M Sheets, etc.)
- Pricing out change orders and following up for formal approval when the opportunity arises
- Assist the technical team in procuring submittals.
- Submit RFIs, Review RFIS, and Review Addendums via Procore.
- Communicate effectively with the fabrication team and installation team (Field measurements, scheduling with strict deadlines, appropriate photos, etc.) to ensure panels are sent to the field in a timely manner
- Liaison between drafting/engineering team and field teams
- Weekly meeting with Shop Manager in regards to fabrication and installation
- 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Proficient in plan reading
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field (Desired)
- Experience with Procore, Project Management software
- Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
- Travel to/from office to job sites throughout the week
