Ready to bring your best?The Manufacturing Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day plant operations through the management and continuous improvement of the Bill of Materials (BOM) update process. This role ensures accurate background data for shop floor execution, supports budget load activities, and contributes to key project initiatives. The Analyst will also design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making.How You Will Make Contributions That MatterSAP Manufacturing Support:Manage and maintain BOM updates to support production accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with plant operations by ensuring accurate SAP data for shop floor execution.Act as a key point of contact for production teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.Assist in budget load activities by providing and ensuring data integrity across systems.Support project teams with SAP manufacturing data and process alignment.Operational Data & Reporting:Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support manufacturing KPIs and operational insights.Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy.Process Improvement & Documentation:Support continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP manufacturing processes.Maintain and update documentation related to BOMs, SAP transactions, and operational procedures.Assist and lead training to end users on SAP processes and Power BI tools.You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualificationsAbility to travel for up to 50%.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics, or related field.3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations Analyst role, preferably with BOM management.Proficiency with ERP systems and BOM management tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.We Support and Care for Our Employees by Providing Them With…Development opportunities that enhance their career fulfillmentMeaningful compensation & benefits that help them care for their familiesOpportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo productsSalary Range: $71,805 to $94,245Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills and training.In the USA, Saputo ranks among the top three cheese producers and is one of the top producers of extended shelf-life and cultured dairy products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Stella, Frigo Cheese, Montchevre, Stella, and Treasure Cave.
