CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking Systems Software Engineers in support of the Navy’s Enterprise Support Information Technology Command Information Office (ES IT/CIO) office located in Arlington Va. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you!What You’ll Get to Do:Responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions. Designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met. Provides engineering support for technical implementation of cyber solutions in conjunction with hardware product development, for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, and scientific applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Conducts vulnerability research, penetration testing, malware analysis and reverse engineering development of computer network operations tools.More About the RoleYou will provide support services to assist the ES IT/CIO office with the respect to OPNAV N1 responsibilities as the Single Manpower Resource Sponsor and Navy-wide functional sponsor for IT and IM information resources. This support will include planning and programming support and management of compliance tasking and responses that are mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense and Congress.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Requires bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or Physical/Science or Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or Business, and 12 years of experience in software systems, business processes, system/network, software/hardware integration and cloud infrastructure.
  • Requires Certification in Object Management Group (OMG), Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) or AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or equivalent certification.
  • Requires active SECRET Clearance.
Desired/May Require Skills:
  • Proficient with IBM Rational System Architect, CAMEO, and ARIS.
  • Specific experience in IA Security, Information Systems Security, Network Security, Vulnerability and/or Security Administration.
  • Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance, Comp TIA, Advance Security Practitioner (CASP+), CompTIA Security+, and/or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).
  • Experience in Identity, Credential and Access Management.
  • Experience in HR tiered service delivery.
  • Experience in Disrupted, Disconnected, Intermittent and Low- Bandwidth.
