As we continue growing, we will continue offering the best and most-affordable vacation options out there!Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative you will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective customers
- Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold applicable timeshare license.
- Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
