Mental Health Counselor (Unlicensed) / Milieu Therapist – Denver, CO $26–$28/hour | Full-Time | Paid Weekly | Residential & PHP Programs We are hiring a Mental Health Counselor (Unlicensed) / Milieu Therapist to join our Residential and PHP eating disorder treatment programs in Denver, CO. This is a great opportunity for recent master’s graduates or early-career clinicians seeking direct therapeutic experience in a structured, trauma-informed setting. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups, therapeutic meals, and client check-ins
  • Provide emotional regulation support and behavior modeling
  • Support patient onboarding and therapeutic outings
  • Document client progress and pass-down reports
  • Collaborate with licensed clinicians, dietitians, and program leadership
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or human services
  • Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or eating disorder recovery preferred
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT a plus
  • CPR/BLS and crisis intervention training (preferred; can obtain within 90 days)
Compensation & Benefits
