The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and quickly adapts to new tasks.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Manage accounts receivable and accounts payableOversee A/R collectionsPerform inventory accountingConduct bank reconciliationsPrepare accruals and adjusting journal entriesComplete month-end and year-end reconciliations and financial statementsPerform account analysisEnsure accuracy in general accounting and financial reportingOffice Management Duties:Handle file management and general administrative tasksAssist with receptionist duties as neededSupport the executive team with Human Resources and payroll-related responsibilitiesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and office managementBackground in a manufacturing setting preferredProficient in accounting systems and office softwareStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independentlyWork Environment:Light industrial settingCasual and friendly atmosphereis a Top Staffing Firm thats partnered with some of the largest names in various industries.
