We're hiring a Family Practice Provider (MD/DO or Nurse Practitioner) to join a well-established, full-scope outpatient clinic in Elmwood Park. In addition to family medicine, the practice offers endocrinology and functional medicine services. The current physician will plan to retire in the future and is seeking a provider to continue the clinic's longstanding commitment to personalized, community-based care. You'll see an average of 20 patients per day, ages 18 to 90.Salary
$120K-$130K, depending on experience and credentials, benefits, insurance, potential partnership.Job Responsibilities
Provide full-scope primary care to adult and senior patients. Manage chronic and acute conditions, perform routine physicals and wellness visits, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a supportive in-house team. Diagnostic and prescribing authority is required. EMR fluency and a proactive, patient-centered approach are essential.Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible MDs or DOs, or licensed Nurse Practitioners (FNP preferred). Must be autonomous and hold an active DEA license. Experience or interest in endocrinology and/or functional medicine is a plus. Newer providers who are personable, adaptable, and eager to grow with the practice are welcome to apply.
