- Provide project and administrative support for the Facilities Maintenance and In-House Maintenance Departments
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, phone support, etc.
- Handle department Accounts Payable, vendor accounts and set up, reports, invoice processing, statements, and cost analysis
- Assist with all aspects of the Facilities Maintenance Department
- Handle other duties as assigned.
- Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- College Degree is a plus
- Experience:
- 1 -2 years office experience
- 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- 1+ years of SAP Accounting experience
- Skills:
- Hard skills: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, data entry
- Soft Skills: Able to multi-task; excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, strong organization skills, sense of urgency, dependable and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
