Job Type: Temp-to-HireWhat You'll Do:Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and small power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawingsPerform quality checks through visual and manual inspectionUse measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precisionFollow routing sheets and adhere to established manufacturing processesMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport any issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervisorsFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of experience in mechanical or hardware assembly preferredAbility to read technical drawings and written instructionsStrong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordinationFamiliarity with torque drivers, hand tools, and small assembly equipmentCapable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periodsDependable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindsetIf you're interested in this position, please apply directly to this posting with an updated resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
