  • Provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialist on Network Management, Security, and Reliability.
  • Develop and interpret standards, policies, procedures, solutions, and strategies in complex technical environments to deliver IT services throughout the agency.
  • While following policies, standards, and processes; make decisions that involve major uncertainties regarding the most effective approach or methodology for the delivery of services in a continually changing business and technological environment.
  • Oversee support of installed systems and services and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
  • Ensure IT services are integrated and interoperable.

QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENT: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
