
Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing (Internal Role)

- Proactively source, screen, and engage skilled trades candidates using various tools and methods
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and work environments
- Create compelling job descriptions and outreach that resonate with your audience
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations
- Customer-focused, with confident communication and a strong sense of urgency
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team-minded and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-energy group
- Passionate about connecting people to opportunities
- 2+ years of experience in a people-facing role (sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, etc.)
- Previous recruiting or staffing agency experience is a plus — but not required
- Bonus points if you’ ve worked in or with the skilled trades industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in helping people succeed
