Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager – Geotechnical ConstructionA well-established geotechnical construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for projects in the Maryland and Virginia area. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex geotechnical projects while working with a skilled and collaborative team.Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Proposals – Identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and prepare proposals.
  • Risk Management – Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Project Planning & Execution – Oversee designs, scheduling, procurement, and site coordination.
  • Financial Oversight – Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
  • Change Management – Track and address project changes as needed.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of geotechnical or construction industry experience.
  • Experience with micro piles, deep foundations, soil stabilization, and ground improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
