
The Wilde Resort & Spa Sales Coordinator

- Establish and maintain close contact with top accounts, and target accounts, through appointments, phone calls, tours, correspondence, and business lunches
- Work closely with all hotel departments by communicating and coordinating all sales information
- Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate features and services that best meet their needs
- Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contracts, customer correspondence)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field; 2-4 years of related experience may substitute for a college diploma.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills required.
- Requires proficient computer abilities, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to be adaptive, people-oriented, detail oriented, customer focused, enthusiastic and perform with integrity.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
